Terms and conditions

Price: All prices are FOB at the farm.

Terms: Cash , Check or Credit card at time of pick-up unless prior arrangements have been made. A thirty percent (30%) deposit is required to hold an order for up to two (2) weeks.

Conditions: All plants are guaranteed to be true to name and in good condition when sold. All liability ceases when plants are loaded on the truck (if customer picks up at the farm) or upon plants arrival at the delivery site, before unloaded (if West Texas Trees makes delivery).

Delivery: We can provide delivery at reasonable rates if negotiated at the time of sale.

Claims and Liability
West Texas Trees makes no warranty or representation, either expressed or implied. We guarantee all plant material to be in good condition at the time of sale. Any claim should be made within 24 hours of receiving the material and liability is limited to purchase price.
